Art Patterns
These are not “African prints"… they are digital fabric prints created by artist Bonnie Sandy and Lawrence Pizzi from their own artwork or by license from colleagues. It is a an aesthetic with a Brooklyn Attitude. Each artwork start with the hands, are digitized and further developed thus defined as mixed media! Many art techniques literally over months and in some cases tears! We then use that artwork to render surface patterns for prints! The items are then digitally printed using the latest sublimation techniques when custom ordered!
