I have been working on an Open design and production concept for a while! The Doll pattern will be available to our mentorship program member so they can product product! Making these masters available cuts down their cost and increases their product options!
We’ll be doing the same with hats, bags and even some clothing items! They can use the pattern they cannot sell the pattern! There are so many who are now forced to find ways of earning these patterns as well as our workshops can cut a huge chunk from their start up cost! As assets their are just so many varying ways to monetize! Still there is room for innovation we’re working right now on taking the popup online! still issues with sourcing and production may arise! on the other hand the more people get online the louder the “noise” and the harder more time consuming and costly it gets to break thru and get your message heard!
